Software Engineering Technical Lead (Front-End) – Dublin (Hybrid) – €80K-€85K

A leading company in the online booking sector is looking for an experienced Front-End Technical Lead to guide their engineering team in delivering high-performance solutions across multiple European markets. This role involves shaping technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalability and resilience in a high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a front-end engineering team, promoting best practices and collaboration.
• Design and implement scalable, high-availability systems.
• Conduct code reviews and foster team development.
• Optimize performance and scalability for high-traffic platforms.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop end-to-end solutions.

Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• 7+ years in software development.
• Strong experience with Vue.js (2/3) and Tailwind CSS. (or any Javascript Framework - React, Angular)
• Knowledge of API development (REST/SOAP), PHP/Symfony, and MySQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Cypress).
• Strong grasp of Vue.js design patterns and Agile methodologies.
